About Din

DinFlanges, Din Fittings, Din Tubes, Din Valves, Din Nuts represent one of a number of pressurized equipment options used to heat water or convert water into steam under controlled conditions. As in a water tube boiler, water passes through boiler tubes while combustion gases remain in the shell side, passing over the tube surfaces. Unlike conventional water tube boilers, however, the tubes in a fin-tube boiler are fitted with fins, increasing the area available to transfer heat. Din tube boilers provide primarily residential and commercial hot water for domestic hot water as well as space heating needs. Din Flanges, Din Fittings, Din Tubes, Din Valves, Din Nuts boilers are available both as packaged and custom-fabricated hot water and steam generators. The exposed external surface is aluminum and there are no minute gaps between adjacent fins where moisture can penetrate. This ensures good efficiency that is expected when using an extended surface for heat transfer. During the finning process, a tight mechanical bond is made between the finned aluminum outer tube and the inner base tube of the required metal.
